CUSTOM ORTHOTICS

Having foot pain?  We can help! 

Our custom orthotics are designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position.  They are custom made at our facility to correct a patient's specific foot imbalance.  They help to reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your body back into alignment.  Custom orthotics are designed to each patient's specific needs which them makes them unique to that patient.    

Patients express that ailments such as knee, hip, or back pain is reduced or eliminated.

Please call in advance to book your appointment.  

We accept walk ins for the initial appointment, however we recommend to call ahead to reduce long wait times.

1st Appointment

Please bring the following for your initial appointment:

• Prescription
• Paperwork (filled out)
• Driver's License and Insurance card
• Previous orthotics (if you have them)

At your first appointment, you will be casted for your new pair of orthotics.  We use a foam box to make an impression in order to capture the natural topography of your foot.  During your consultation, you will be asked about previous foot care information in order to find the best treatment for your feet.  We will process your paperwork and schedule your second visit for the following week.

2nd Appointment

Please bring the following to your second visit:

• Pair of tennis shoes

On your second visit, we ask that you bring us a pair of shoes that we can fit your new orthotics in.  If you are in a boot, please note to bring BOTH shoes.  The second visit generally runs from 30-60 minutes so please schedule accordingly.   Once you receive your orthotics, we will check your gait and make any minor adjustments on the spot.   At that time we will give you instructions on how to break in your new inserts.   Finally, we will  schedule you for your final appointment for 10 days later.  

3rd Appointment

Please bring:

• New orthotics
• Pair of shoes

Your last required appointment will be roughly 15-20 minutes.  We will ask for any notes you have about your new inserts.  Adjustments will be made to the orthotics based on the notes you give us and your wear pattern.  

After we reassess your gait, you will be free to go.
